About the role

People with disabilities in Hertfordshire need people like you!

Do you want to support someone to live their best life and build a great career at the same time?

You will be supporting people in their day-to-day activities. This can include providing opportunities for people by enabling them to connect within their communities, putting choice, independence, enablement, and citizenship at the heart of everything we do.

We provide support both emotionally and physically to people from different care groups including, older people with age associated needs, younger or older adults with complex physical and/or learning disabilities.

About you

You don’t have to have experience or qualifications for this role – we will support you with all the training you need, including the Care Certificate and RQF award.

You just need the right values and a willingness to learn.

Please demonstrate on your supporting statement why you are applying for the role and why you would be suitable.

Our services require supporting individuals with personal care including bathroom support, mobility aids, and dietary needs (training provided). This includes the use of moving and handling equipment, so it's important that you're physically capable of performing these tasks safely and effectively.
