About the role 

In this role, you will be responsible for searching and downloading records from multiple different systems. You will also support physically moving large volumes of paper records, ensuring their safe and efficient handling. You will also arrange the retrieval and delivery of these records, coordinating with various departments to meet their needs. Additionally, you will use records management systems to meticulously track and index the records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information to support the smooth operation of our services.

About you 

Essential:

  • Be able to demonstrate you are highly organised and motivated
  • Capable of managing large workloads
  • Skilled in handling highly confidential and sensitive personal data
  • Experienced in downloading subject access requests
  • Able to use Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working in an archive environment
  • Knowledge of Downloading from the following systems; LCS, EHM, EYES, LAS (Liquidlogic systems), Open Text Content manager and from shared drives.
